The composition of Provincial Task Force is below:

TORs:

TORs of the Task Force are as under : 

1. To review the existing reports and material on Housing/ infrastructure Sector reforms, policies and update recommendations in the light of new developments and in collaboration with Federal Task Force on Housing.
2. To prepare recommendations and Action Plan for the approval of the Cabinet in respect of;

• The design of Housing Sector structure for the Provincial and Local Governments including availability of Land Bank, Finance, Administrative/ Planning Framework, Legal Framework, One Window Facility, Development of Housing Sector, Data Bank, Alternate Dispute Resolution Mechanism, Foreclosure Laws
• Slums up-gradation
• Technology transfer Strategy
• Formulation of Provincial Housing and Town Planning Policy
• Legislative requirements to implement the plan.

       3. To prepare a monitoring mechanism to review the implementation of the approved Action Plan.

       4.  To comment upon and consider other ancillary matters referred to the Task Force from time to time by the Chief Minister or the Cabinet.

       5.  To coordinate and keep close liaison with the Federal Task Force.
