Flats at Nasapa Payan Charsadda Road

Out of 216 Flats 210 Flats of various categories have been completed and handed over to social welfare department KP. 

Construction of Flats at Civil Quarter Kohat Road 

Feasibility Study, Planning & Construction of flats on 303 kanal at Civil Quarters Kohat road Peshawar. Due to security concern the scope of work is reduced by 50% and as such 54 units were due for completion by end of 30th June, 2015. Construction of Phase-II will be taken up with the Establishment Department very soon.

High Rise Flats at Phase-V Hyatabad

Detailed Planning & Designing of 140 Nos High Rise Flats at Phase-V Hayatabad for retired Government Servants have been completed & Revised PC-I based on MRS 2013 approved by PDWP in its meeting held on 11-11-2013 at cost of Rs.1115.126 million. The project has been awarded to the contractors.

The Jalozai Housing Scheme

The Jalozai Housing Scheme over an area of 8905 Kanal at Cherat Road District Nowshera has been launched. The developmental works inaugurated by Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on 10/04/2014. Developmental Work on primary and secondary road is completed and other works i.e. sewerage, drainage, OHWT & distribution system etc are in progress.

Housing Scheme at Mullazai

Launching of Housing Scheme for Govt Servants & General Public at Mulzai District Peshawar over an area 190 Kanal. Basic infrastructure almost 99% completed. 

Housing Scheme at Jerma District Kohat

Launching of Housing Scheme for Govt Servant & General Public at Jerma District Kohat over an area of 300 Kanal land. The developmental work is in progress.

Housing Scheme at Havelian District Abbotabad

Launching of Housing Scheme for Govt Servant & General Public at Havelian District Abbottabad. The scheme is executed on Self Finance basis developmental works are in progress.

Institutional Strengthening of Housing Department

Model Town at Hangu

Feasibility Study and Detailed Planning & Designing over an area of 8300 Kanal state land is awarded to consultant and will be launched soon.

Development of Mega City along M-1 Nowshera

Feasibility Studies and Detailed Planning & Designing Mega City along M-1 at Karnal Sher Interchange over an area of 80,000 Kanal is in progress. The scheme is proposed to be executed on Public Private Partnership basis with the land owners.
