Introduction

The Provincial Government established Housing Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in 2004. Later on Provincial Housing Authority (PHA) was created through an Act called KHYBER Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority Act, 2005, as an executing arm of the department.
