Due to termination of previous consultant / hiring of new consultant / change of design and non-availability of funds the project has been delayed. The new consultant M/S Allied Engineering was hired on 25 jan 2018

2. Brief Description of the Project:

The project was approved by PDWP in its meeting held on 11/11/2013 at a cost of Rs. 1115.126 Million. The project envisaged on the construction of 140 No’s of High Rise Flats (HRF) for Government servants at Phase-V Hayatabad, Peshawar. The new consultant was hired on 25 Jan 2019.
